Matthew holds a Master’s in Energy Systems Engineering and has extensive experience in wind and solar energy, including as an engineer and senior consultant with DNV's Renewable's advisory team. The idea of ReWind emerged from his work addressing turbine waste at the end of lifecycle.

Education and jobs has brought Matthew all over the world. He's from Ireland and has lived in Canada, Switzerland, Norway and France. As a skiing addict, he lives in Oslo where he rides mountain bikes, skiis on the weekends and plays the fiddle at local Irish music sessions.
